Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. We are fully self-sufficient — we bring our own water, power and all equipment, so nothing is needed from your home or workplace.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Park the vehicle where we can work safely all the way around it, remove personal belongings from the seats, footwells and boot, and take out child seats if you'd like the area underneath cleaned. Unlock the vehicle when we arrive and we'll take it from there.

How much space do you need?

Roughly a standard parking bay plus about a metre around the vehicle. A driveway is ideal, but a quiet stretch of kerbside outside your property works fine too.

Do I need to be home during the valet?

Not for the whole appointment. We just need access at the start and someone available at the end to hand the keys back and settle payment if it isn't already paid.

How long does a valet take?

A mini valet is typically 60–90 minutes, a full valet 2–3 hours depending on vehicle size, and detailing work such as machine polishing or a full interior deep clean can run 4 hours or more. Your confirmation email shows the estimated duration for the exact package you booked.

Will you arrive exactly on time?

We build travel time into every slot, so we aim to arrive within your booked start time. If traffic or an earlier job runs over we'll contact you as soon as we know.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain isn't a problem for most work. If the weather would compromise the finish — heavy rain or ice on a polish or protection job — we'll get in touch and move you to the next suitable slot at no charge.

Can you clean a very dirty or long-neglected vehicle?

Yes, but tell us when you book. Heavy pet hair, sand, mould, smoke odour or builder's dust take extra time, and we'd rather allocate a longer slot than rush the job.

How do I book?

Book online in a few minutes: enter your vehicle, confirm your address and postcode, choose your package and any extras, then pick from the live available slots. You'll get an instant confirmation email with your reference.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Cardiff, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan & surrounding districts. The booking form checks your postcode against our live coverage area before you choose a slot, so you'll know straight away.

Question 11

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due on completion unless your booking is marked as prepaid. We accept cash, card and bank transfer, and you'll receive an invoice by email with our bank details attached as a PDF.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule online up to 12 hours before your slot. Inside 12 hours, give us a ring and we'll do our best to move things around.

Do you offer regular or recurring valets?

Yes — you can set a booking to repeat every 1, 2 or 4 weeks, and your customer account keeps your vehicle and address details ready for next time.

Do you valet vans, fleets and multiple vehicles?

We do. For vans, multi-vehicle households and small fleets, get in touch and we'll build a slot and price around the work.
